Mixer Operator

Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM
We are looking for a dependable Mixer Operator to join our cake and cheesecake manufacturing team. This position is responsible for accurately measuring and mixing ingredients to produce high-quality batters, fillings, and icings while meeting production, quality, and food safety standards.
Responsibilities- Mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
- Operate mixers, scales, and other production equipment.
- Follow formulas, GMPs, food safety, and safety procedures.
- Complete production records and reports accurately.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
- Report equipment issues to supervisors.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous food manufacturing or bakery experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
- Ability to follow recipes and production instructions accurately.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Flexible to work overtime or additional hours as needed.
- Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs. or more.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Food manufacturing facility producing cakes and cheesecakes.
- Exposure to allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
