General Laborer

Superior is looking for reliable General Laborers to join our team. In this role, you'll be essential to our daily operations, keeping our work spaces safe and directly supporting our equipment operators. Key Responsibilities

• Workspace Organization & 5S:
  Maintain a clean, safe, and debris-free manufacturing environment by applying 5S principles, cleaning production floors, and organizing tools (setting out and putting away).
• Material Handling & Preparation:
  Locate, tag, and supply necessary parts and tools; move materials to prepare areas for upcoming projects; and efficiently load or unload items from machines and assembly lines.
• Production & Equipment Support:
  Actively support production by operating machinery, holding materials or tools for operators, cleaning and lubricating equipment, and assisting with any necessary fixes.
• General Support:
  Step in to perform other duties as assigned to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $18-$22 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

Day Shift

• 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
