• Experience reading and interpreting assembly drawings (preferred).
• Familiarity and experience with hand and power tools (required).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with precision.
• Basic computer skills.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High drive and motivation to learn; on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs.

• Assemble aluminum and fiberglass gate arms and prepare for shipping by taping, boxing, and packaging.
• Build and assemble lamps by following blueprints, work instructions, and assembly procedures.
• Strip wires, attach fittings, and complete electrical assemblies with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings and production documents to ensure products are built to specifications.
• Inspect completed parts for quality, accuracy, and proper functionality before moving them to the next stage of production.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company safety procedures.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and maintain quality standards.
