Line Worker

Our client, a leading food production industry, is seeking a Line Worker to join their team. As a Line Worker, you will be part of the Bakery Operations supporting various departments involved in baking, icing, and packaging baked goods. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

• Assist in floating to various departments performing multiple tasks to support bakery, icing, and packaging operations
• Operate manual and automated production lines, including tasks such as rack loading/unloading, box making, and labeling
• Perform icing tasks such as spreading, cake stacking, covering, garnishing, and decorating
• Ensure work area cleanliness and safety compliance, including sanitation and debris removal
• Follow all GMPs and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to perform manual tasks with good eye-hand coordination
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
