Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Pre-Op Inspection
- Utility Relief workers for a food production company in Le Center, MN. In this role, you’ll help ensure production equipment and work areas meet sanitation and food safety standards while supporting the daily flow of production operations. Perform post-clean inspections of equipment and production areas

Document sanitation inspection results accurately and completely

Assist with transporting sheet pans, equipment, and production materials throughout the facility

Operate trash compactors and cardboard balers to maintain a clean work environment

Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and stackers as needed

Follow HACCP plans, GMPs, food safety standards, and company safety policies

Support GFSI/FSSC
22000 audit activities and corrective action processes

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform overhead lifting

Ability to safely use or learn material handling equipment

Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment with changing temperatures

Ability to work around food allergens, including milk, soy, wheat, eggs, tree nuts, and peanuts

Previous manufacturing or sanitation experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome
