NOW HIRING:
Maintenance Superintendent | 2nd Shift Food Manufacturing
I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Leader to join a growing food manufacturing operation in Madelia, MN!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support 2nd shift Maintenance Supervisors & Technicians
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs and work-order completion
- Schedule PMs and equipment inspections to minimize production downtime
- Train and develop maintenance leadership and hourly employees
- Promote a strong food manufacturing safety and ergonomic culture
- Ensure equipment is inspected and ready before production begins
Salary: $100K+ range, based on experience and credentials + bonus!
