Mechanical Assembler

Innovance, Inc., a leader in innovative automation solutions, is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join our Manufacturing & Production team. In this on-site role, you will assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical products using engineering drawings, work instructions, and precision tools. Responsibilities include performing quality checks, basic testing, and troubleshooting while following strict safety and 5S/lean practices. You'll collaborate with engineers and production staff, contributing ideas that drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components and systems per drawings and work instructions
• Use hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, and torque tools to meet quality standards
• Perform basic testing, inspection, and troubleshooting of assemblies
• Follow safety procedures and 5
• S/lean practices in a fast-paced production environment
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement improvements
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
