Trailer Assembly Technician

Job Description

• System Installation:
  Install and integrate pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, including airline systems, with a high level of accuracy.
• Perform Post-Paint Assembly:
  Complete detailed assembly routines on trucks following the painting process, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Install Prefabricated Components:
  Mount and secure prefabricated parts and assemblies onto trucks with precision and efficiency.
• Read and Interpret Technical Documents:
  Utilize blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide the assembly process and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Operate Tools and Equipment:
  Proficiently use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete complex assembly tasks safely and effectively.

The starting pay range for this position is $20-$25 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm

• Mechanical background or experience
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to read 1/8 , gradations on tape measure
• Repair shop experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
