** CNC Maintenance Machinist
** who can design, machine, fabricate, and troubleshoot equipment to support a fast-paced production environment.

** Pay:**  $25-$38/HR, based on experience

** What You'll Do*
* + Design and machine custom parts and components to support manufacturing operations

+ Set up and operate manual and CNC machining equipment, including mills, lathes, and drill presses

+ Utilize CAD/CAM software such as Fusion 360, Solid Works, or Mastercam

+ Create drawings and coordinate with outside machine shops as needed

+ Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication projects

+ Modify equipment, fixtures, and guards to improve performance

+ Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions

+ Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams on equipment improvements

+ Support equipment installations, startups, and modifications

+ Document maintenance activities within CMMS systems

+ Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives

** What We're Looking For*

Experience with manual and CNC machining

+ Ability to take projects from concept and design through final production

+ CAD/CAM experience

+ Welding and fabrication skills

+ Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities

+ Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

+ Effective written and verbal communication

+ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
