Position Overview

We are looking for an Assemblers to join our Dodge Center, MN production facility. The role involves assembling parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics onto products, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Starting Pay: $20.00 – $25.48 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities
  • Assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics onto products using safe and proper tools and techniques, including installing accessories such as decals, mud flaps, cameras, and lights.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components; review all diagrams and perform repairs identified during troubleshooting.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with safety procedures, rules, and 6S standards.
  • Assist in driving defects back to the point of origin and help implement corrective actions; validate machine configuration is aligned with sales orders.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Ability to interpret and understand work instructions to effectively perform job tasks
  • Willingness to learn and adaptability
  • Capability or willingness to operate a truck and transport materials within the property
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6 months of applicable manufacturing experience
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure
  • General knowledge of hand tools such as hammer, grinder, torque wrench, etc.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
