In this role, you will be responsible for the physical movement and storage of components and finished goods into, within, and out of the kitting area. You will ensure efficient organization and kitting of incoming parts from the Fabrication Department and operate multiple types of forklifts, both inside and outside. Additionally, you will follow established procedures and maintain cleanliness of parts as needed.
Responsibilities- Move kit carts/fixtures into the Weld Department.
- Organize and kit incoming parts from the Fabrication Department.
- Operate multiple types of forklifts inside and outside.
- Follow established procedures.
- Clean parts as needed.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ months of parts pulling experience
- 6+ months in a production setting
- 6+ months of material handling experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attendance, punctuality, and working relationships
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- 1+ year in a 'Kitter' or Parts Specialist position (preferred)
- 1+ year of material handling (preferred)
- 1+ year in a production setting with experience/knowledge in fabrication (preferred)

Work EnvironmentThe work hours are Monday to Friday from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, within a team size of 25-35 people. The role requires wearing steel-toed boots, which you must bring, while protective eyewear and gloves are provided. The culture is very team-oriented, with everyone willing to help and contribute as needed. You should be able to wear multiple hats and float between departments.

This is a Contract position based out of Windom, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
