Welder

We are searching for an experienced Welder at our Woodbury, Minnesota facility.

This role is perfect for a candidate who just received there welding certification or has less than 1-2 years for experience and is looking to be apart of an amazing team!

The pay range for this position is $20 - $22/ hour
- Monday
- Friday (7am-3:30pm)

Responsibilities include:
Perform ordinary and repetitive hand MIG-welding operations.
Care required in clamping parts in relative position to avoid distortion.
May position pieces to be welded into jigs or guides using measuring instruments and hand tools.
Operate Mig welding equipment; regulate current and voltage or gas and feed rate for proper fusion of metals, and grind welds smooth for a prime coat finish by others.
Some heavy lifting may be required < 100 lbs. with or without assistance.
Must be able to plan and layout welding sequence, referring to drawings, blueprints or specifications.
May layout and mark weld points on parts or assemblies using rule, square, scribe or templates.
Must be proficient at reading work orders.
A concern for safety, quality, and meeting ship dates is a requirement.
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment

Qualifications include:

• Must be proficient at reading work orders

Able to read a tape measure

Interpret schematics and drawings
Be able to use hand and power tools

Must have a concern for qualify control
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
