Assembly, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, Production Associate / Production Line
Our client, a leader in manufacturing and assembly services, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Warehouse Assembly department supporting production line operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Assembler
Location: Osakis, MN
Pay Range: $18/hour
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PM
What's the Job?
- Learn to read and understand production orders, including part numbers, quantities, and assembly steps.
- Assemble components according to production orders and instructions, meeting quality standards and following established procedures.
- Operate on basic assembly stations to align, adjust, and secure parts according to specifications.
- Inspect and test assembled units to ensure they meet quality standards; learn to identify defects and repair parts that fail inspection.
- Maintain accurate production records by recording name, time spent on tasks, and noting any defective parts on production orders.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to learn assembly processes, hand tools, and assembly equipment.
- Strong attention to detail; ability to follow procedures.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
