Weekend Shift Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Assemble window, door, and skylight components according to work instructions and quality standards
• Operate basic production and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform visual and manual inspections to ensure products meet quality specifications
• Follow all safety policies, use required PPE, and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Meet or exceed production goals while minimizing waste and rework
• Read and interpret work orders, labels, and basic measurements
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production issues
• Participate in training and continuous improvement activities on the production line
