• Starting pay of $23.98 per hour
• First-shift schedule
• Regular hours:
  Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The regular schedule does not include weekends; however,
overtime, including occasional weekend work, may be required based on the needs of the company.

As a Laborer/Manufacturer, you will help produce high-quality precast concrete products in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This is an onsite, indoor position where teamwork, safety, quality, and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities may include:

• Preparing forms and materials for concrete production
• Assisting with the pouring, finishing, and handling of precast concrete products
• Using tools and equipment safely
• Inspecting products for quality
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following established production procedures and safety requirements
• Assisting team members as needed to meet production goals

Qualified candidates must be able to:

• Lift up to 90 pounds
• Stand and perform physical work for extended periods
• Follow instructions and established safety procedures
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
• Work overtime when required based on company needs
