Truss Builder – Full‑Time | Wadena, MN | 1st Shift

Penmac Staffing in Wadena, Minnesota is hiring Truss Builders for full‑time, 1st shift positions. This is a hands‑on production role in a team‑oriented environment where you will help assemble roof, wall, and floor trusses used in residential and commercial construction projects. • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliable attendance and willingness to follow all safety procedures
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screening

• Assemble wood trusses according to production plans and specifications
• Measure, cut, and position materials accurately
• Safely operate tools such as hammers, nail guns, saws, and other equipment
• Work as part of a crew to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with some Saturdays required
• Job Type: Full‑time
