• Assemble custom computers according to order
• specifications
• Prepare and organize parts for upcoming builds
• Maintain a clean and efficient work area
• Package and ship completed systems to customers
• Collaborate with Support to identify and implement fixes in
• Production
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with Windows OS builds
• Deploy operating system images to computers
• Record and track system details for documentation and
• quality control
• Set up and repair computer hardware as needed

• Intermediate knowledge of computer hardware and
• components
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under time

• Strong task management and prioritization skills
• Effective communication across departments
• Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
