Every safe meal begins with rigorous sanitation. As our Food Plant Sanitation Operations Coordinator in Foley, MN, you’ll coordinate people, equipment care, and standards so pork, beef, chicken, and turkey lines are cleaned thoroughly and on time.

What success looks like

By 9:00pm each weekday, production areas are neat and clean, equipment is sanitized, documentation is complete, and your team is set up for tomorrow—because you led with clarity and upheld GMP, safety, and sanitation rules.

Core responsibilities

Coordinate and lead a sanitation team; apply management experience to schedule, coach, and verify work.

Clean and sanitize meat processing equipment across pork, beef, chicken, and turkey operations.

Maintain orderly, audit-ready production areas at all times.

Operate or learn pallet handling equipment to move product or packaging materials safely.

Ensure strict compliance with all GMP, safety, sanitation, and company plant policies.

Complete basic records and calculations; communicate clearly in writing.

Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Team leadership with proven management experience.

Dependable and detail-oriented approach.

This position is very active and requires lifting up to 40 lbs.

Basic writing and math skills.
