What You'll Do as a Production Associate:

Operate and monitor production equipment to meet quality and production standards

Assemble products and subassemblies using hands and simple tools

Perform quality inspections and document production results as needed

Troubleshoot minor machine issues and complete routine cleaning and maintenance

Accurately record production output and quality information

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow production instructions, safety procedures, and company policies

What You Need to Bring to the Production Associate:

Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate production equipment

Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during a shift

Ability to lift, move, and transport materials weighing up to 40 pounds

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to distinguish colors for quality inspection purposes

Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team
