General Production Worker

Pay: $22–$26/hr

Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift Available

Seeking skilled Assemblers and Machine Operators to build and assemble wood products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable using hand and power tools, operating production equipment, and performing quality inspections.

• Assemble wood components and frames using hand and power tools
• Operate saws, sanders, routers, and other manufacturing equipment
• Perform quality inspections and verify measurements
• Load, stack, and move materials throughout the facility
• Collaborate with a team of 4–5 employees daily

• Drills
• Routers

• Calipers
• Squares
• Automated saws and cutting equipment

• Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift 40–50 lbs throughout the shift
• Wood manufacturing facility

This is a Permanent position based out of Belgrade, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $46000.00 - $58000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
