Job Description Custom Agronomy Applicator Pro-Ag is seeking an Applicator & Ag Laborer to join the team at our Brandon, MN location. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying fertilizer and chemicals to crops and performing various agricultural tasks. Regular hours during the off season will be around 40 hours a week and seasonal hours during the months of April-July will include evenings, weekends and overtime.

Pay range depending on experience is $24-$27 plus bonuses

Apply chemicals & fertilizer to crops using appropriate equipment and techniques

Perform various agricultural tasks

Maintain and repair equipment as needed

Follow all safety procedures and regulations

Keep accurate records of chemical applications and other tasks performed

Requirements:

Experience as an applicator is a plus but willing to train

Knowledge of agricultural practices and equipment

Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Valid driver's license
