The role requires reading blueprints, setting up tools, and maintaining quality under a 2nd shift (3:00 PM–1:30 AM) on site. A high school diploma and CNC experience are required, with a sign-on bonus of $1,200 for eligible hires.
Pay ranges from $21.09 to $35.00 hourly, plus a shift premium. Training may occur on other shifts; safety and 5S practices are emphasized.
