PT Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Modern Well Mpls. & Wayzata)
Modern Well is looking for a Part Time Sales & Marketing Coordinator (20-30 hours per week) to support membership growth, event sales, marketing execution, and a high-touch member and client experience. This role is ideal for someone who is both organized and people-oriented—a connector who enjoys building relationships, supporting community, and helping drive revenue through memberships, workshops, and events.
Modern Well serves as a hub for business leaders, entrepreneurs, and creatives who want an inspiring place to work, connect, and grow. As a small team, we’re looking for someone who is flexible, proactive, and ready to pitch in where needed.
Roles and Responsibilities Marketing + Communications- Create and manage newsletters, email campaigns, blog content, and social media posts
- Maintain a marketing calendar to support membership, workshops, and events
- Coordinate promotions, partnerships, and advertising support with vendors as needed
- Respond to digital inquiries and community engagement across platforms
- Proactively generate and nurture leads for coworking, private offices, and team memberships through outreach, partnerships, referrals, and community engagement
- Support membership sales and manage lead follow-up from inquiry through conversion
- Provide tours and help prospective members find the right fit
- Book meeting rooms and assist with scheduling and customer communication
- Track inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion metrics to support growth goals
- Support the planning, marketing, and execution of Modern Well Wayzata workshops
- Manage workshop listings and communications with hosts and attendees
- Coordinate contracts and invoicing
- Assist with booking and coordinating private event rentals
- Help manage event communication, contracts, invoicing, and logistics
- Support event-day coordination and ensure Modern Well service standards
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of experience supervising staff or leading a team
- 2+ years of marketing experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Confident working with Quick Books, invoicing, and basic reporting
- Experience with Mailchimp (or similar), social media campaign management, and scheduling tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Square Space (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Alignment with the Modern Well mission of creating an inspirational and supportive community
