As Roima continues its international growth journey, we are seeking a Marketing Director to define, lead, and accelerate our growth and establish our position as a recognized thought leader in industrial digitalization. This role carries end-to-end ownership of Roima’s marketing agenda and is a key strategic partner to the executive team.
Success in this role means delivering measurable business impact through brand elevation, demand generation, and market leadership.
In this strategic leadership role, you will define and execute Roima’s global marketing strategy, build a high-performing team, and drive demand across key markets in Europe and North America. Your work will directly influence Roima’s growth trajectory and strengthen our voice in the industry
Your Responsibilities- Develop and execute Roima’s global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plan
- Set clear priorities and deliver measurable impact, with direct accountability for brand strength, demand generation and growth acceleratio
- Provide market and customer insights to support strategic decision-making for the CRO and commercial leadershi
- Own Roima’s brand positioning and messaging, establishing the company as a trusted authority in intelligent manufacturing and supply chain solution
- Build and enhance Roima’s brand presence across digital and traditional channel
- Develop and implement a scalable content strategy including thought leadership, customer stories, whitepapers, product launches, and proof-of-value case studie
- Own demand generation strategy and performance across channels, ensuring scalable pipeline growth in manufacturing and supply chain audience
- Lead Roima’s event and webinar strategy, including industry conferences and customer events, to drive engagement and pipelin
- Lead integrated product marketing and go‑to‑market initiatives in close collaboration with Sales and Commercial Product Managemen
- Budget for, deliver, and analyze key marketing KPIs: including MQLs, CPL, pipeline contribution, and RO
- Lead the transition of Roima’s marketing approach from classic digital channels to AI‑driven search and engagement mode
- Set direction and performance standards for Roima’s digital presence, including website, SEO/SEM, social media, and marketing automatio
- Lead and develop Roima’s global marketing team across key regions in the Nordics, USA, and selected European markets, fostering a high-performance, collaborative cultur
- Develop and implement a scalable content strategy: blog posts, customer stories, whitepapers, product launches, and proof-of-value case studies that position Roima as a thought leade
- Support Roima’s M&A activities by leading marketing and brand integration post‑acquisition, ensuring smooth external and internal communication and alignmen
- 10+ years of experience in senior B2B marketing roles, with several years at Director or equivalent leadership lev
- Demonstrated experience owning company-wide or regional marketing strategy with direct accountability for commercial outcom
- Proven experience building and leading high-performing global B2B marketing teams, ideally in SaaS, industrial software, or digital transformation environmen
- Strategic yet hands‑on attitude - comfortable operating at both planning and execution levels in a dynamic, international environme
- Proven track record in marketing leadership roles in technology scaleups or established B2B brands, with hands‑on expertise in demand generation and digital marketi
- Deep familiarity with digital campaign tools (Linked In Ads, Google Ads, marketing automation), and experience adapting strategies for AI‑driven search and content distributi
- Excellent skills in messaging, storytelling, and campaign planning for complex, technical produc
- Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking and optimizing marketing R
- Experience with marketing aspects of M&A integration is a strong pl
