Role Description

The Marketing Associate role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Glencoe, MN. This role is responsible for supporting local marketing initiatives, including coordinating campaigns, assisting with event planning, and helping to develop promotional materials that align with brand standards. The Marketing Associate will conduct basic market research, track campaign performance, and provide regular reports and insights to agents and leadership.

Daily tasks also include collaborating with sales teams, maintaining marketing collateral, managing social media and local digital presence as needed, and assisting with community outreach activities to increase brand awareness and client engagement.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to build positive relationships with internal teams and client members.
  • Candidates should possess market research and marketing skills to support campaign planning, audience analysis, and implementation of local marketing strategies.
  • Candidates should possess sales and customer‑focused skills to collaborate effectively with agents, understand client needs, and contribute to growth initiatives.
  • Candidates should possess project management skills to coordinate multiple marketing activities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include attention to detail, proficiency with common office and marketing software tools, familiarity with social media platforms, and an interest in financial services or insurance.
  • Preferred education and experience may include a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in a marketing or sales support role.
