Job Title: Social Media Content Creator & Distribution Specialist
Job Summary: We're looking for a high-energy, Director of Marketing to grow our
brand, manage all aspects of our social media, and assist with marketing/branding
events. The perfect candidate should demonstrate leadership skills, take initiative, be a
self-starter, thrive under pressure, love to adapt to ever-changing plans, and have a
passion for creating engaging content and event experiences in-person and online. This
role is responsible for turning ideas into high-performing content that builds brand
awareness, drives engagement, and supports product growth. The ideal candidate
understands storytelling, visual trends, and platform algorithms—and knows how to turn content into results.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with leadership to align content with marketing and brand goals.
- Be completely knowledgeable of all features and limitations of our proprietary
- online ecommerce solutions.
- Be competent in competitors’ ecommerce solutions and understanding their
- features and limitations.
- Create original content for platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and
- more.
- Film, edit, and produce short-form video content (Reels, Tik Toks, etc.)
- Design visually appealing graphics and posts aligned with brand identity.
- Write captions, hooks, and calls-to-action that drive engagement and
- conversions.
- Schedule and publish content consistently across all platforms.
- Monitor trends and adapt content to stay relevant and competitive.
- Analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, reach) and optimize future
- content.
- Engage with audience through comments, messages, and community
- interaction.
- Prepare a fiscal year marketing budget, reporting monthly.
- Assist with and evaluate special events, including but not limited to our Product
- Showcase.
- Minimum 2-year degree
- Experience in creating content for social media platforms (examples required)
- Strong video editing skills (Cap Cut, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools)
- Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience behavior
- Creative storytelling ability with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with brand growth or product promotion
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Tik Tok Analytics, etc.)
- Background in marketing, communications, or digital media
- Consistent communication and promotion of company brand with print and digital
- media.
- Consistent, high-quality content posted across platforms.
- Growth in followers, engagement, and reach
- Content that connects emotionally and drives audience action.
- Strong brand presence and recognizable content style
- Full-time
- On-site, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend hours required.
- Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
