Managing and coordinating the marketing activities including developing, assisting, and executing marketing plans, strategies, and campaigns. Ensure all marketing initiatives align with the Agency's mission, vision, brand visibility, and awareness. Manage social media presence and messaging across all pertinent platforms.
Job Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a combination of experience and education in a related field. Experience working with digital marketing, including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and social media. A valid driver's license.
Needed Attributes:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and
time management abilities, computer proficient, proficiency in using technology, including mobile apps
and online resources, and the ability to work with diverse groups of people. Demonstrated supervisory
and leadership skills.
- Essential Functions:
Aide in the development and implementation of public relations strategies to enhance the organizations visibility and reputation - Develop brand guidelines and standards to maintain brand integrity.
- Develop and manage Agency and Transit marketing plan, marketing campaigns, and marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Review media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats, providing timely recommendation to senior management.
- Prepare press releases, media kits, and other communication materials to effectively communicate announcements.
- Responsible for Agency and Transit's social media presence, including creating content, managing campaigns, and engaging with audience.
- Performs supervision, training, and evaluation of direct report employees.
- Develops and deploys marketing campaigns across all pertinent channels.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
- Participates in facilitating customer relation management strategies.
- Sustain relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers to facilitate positive coverage for the organization.
- Represents the agency at various events/meetings and is the person of contact for Marketing.
- Oversees the development and execution of travel training and recruitment programs.
- Additional Information Arrowhead Transit is looking for a full-time Marketing Manager. 40hr.wk, 52wk/yr. Starting wage: $31.64.
