SUMMARY: The Marketing Communications Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the company’s marketing objectives, recruitment marketing efforts, and employee engagement initiatives. This position bridges external marketing efforts employer brand, and internal communications to ensure consistent messaging and strong brand presence across customer, candidate, and employee-facing channels.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Marketing & External Communications
  • Support company marketing objectives and strategy across all channels.
  • Coordinate tradeshow execution and related communications.
  • Develop and implement social media content for product promotion, company culture, and community engagement.
  • Manage community sponsorship requests: organize, track, ensure participation, fulfill requests, and promote involvement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external marketing teams to implement campaigns using Hub Spot: run reports and provide recommendations.
  • Coordinate development of and maintain accurate sales collateral in partnership with Product Planning and Engineering teams
  • Update and maintain company website; review analytics and recommend optimizations.
  • Support Product Planning research initiatives.
Recruitment Marketing
  • Partner closely with HR to develop and support recruitment marketing efforts, including employer brand messaging, job posting promotion, candidate-facing content, and campaigns that help attract talent as the company grows its workforce.
  • Lead the development of digital and paid recruitment marketing strategies, including targeted advertising, social media promotion, and performance tracking to maximize recruiting reach and effectiveness.
  • Support HR in general onboarding development.
  • Additional language skills (Spanish preferred) are a plus and will be considered favorably.
Employee Communications
  • Contribute to the development and execution of employee communication strategies.
  • Lead the optimization and updates of the internal intranet site (FASTNET) to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Recommend communication improvements to Marketing and HR leadership; liaise with software providers to stay informed on and implement new features.
  • Ensure employees have access to news and information in multiple formats to meet diverse communication preferences.
  • Maintain company calendar for internal events, trade shows, customer visits, and key deadlines.
  • Support HR general onboarding development as needed including FASTNET new employee training.

EDUCATION AND/OR

EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field. Experience with Hub Spot Marketing Hub or similar marketing automation software preferred.
