Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Database Marketing Specialist II to develop, execute, and analyze database-driven marketing campaigns that drive guest visits and loyalty. In this role, you will segment guest databases, build targeted offers, and oversee direct mail, email, and digital campaigns for our casino and resort amenities. You will track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize ROI.
Partner with marketing, analytics, and operations teams to ensure data integrity, compliance, and accurate guest profiling in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute database-driven marketing campaigns across channels
- Segment guest databases to create targeted offers and promotions
- Manage and maintain marketing lists, data hygiene, and guest profiles
- Analyze campaign performance and generate ROI and response reports
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and operations teams on initiatives
- Use SQL and marketing tools to extract, query, and validate data
- Support loyalty and rewards programs through targeted communications
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and internal data governance standards
- Present insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
- Assist with testing strategies, including A/B and multivariate tests
