Marketing Data Analyst

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to turn guest, gaming, and hospitality data into actionable insights. In this role, you will analyze marketing campaigns, player loyalty and occupancy trends to optimize promotions, digital marketing, and revenue performance. You will build dashboards and reports, segment audiences, forecast demand, and support A/B testing. Partner closely with marketing, gaming, and revenue teams to present clear, data-driven recommendations that enhance guest experience, drive visitation, and support our guest-first, team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Analyze guest, gaming, and hospitality data to generate marketing insights
• Evaluate marketing campaign performance and ROI across channels
• Develop dashboards and reports for marketing and leadership teams
• Segment customer audiences and support targeted promotions and loyalty programs
• Conduct forecasting and demand analysis for promotions and occupancy
• Support A/B testing and experimentation for marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing, gaming, and revenue teams on data-driven strategies
• Present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation
• Support ad hoc analysis to improve guest experience and visitation
