Location: Medina
Rockler is seeking a CRM Manager in Medina, MN to lead the CRM and Data team, owning Salesforce and driving segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and customer engagement across channels. You will partner with Marketing, Ecommerce, IT, and Retail Ops to build data-driven campaigns that boost retention and lifetime value.
Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in CRM or customer marketing within multi-channel retail or ecommerce, a Bachelor's degree, and strong analytical and project management skills.
