Marketing Communications Coordinator-- KEWDC

Support the Employer Brand team with internal and external communication initiatives.

Create, update, and maintain written and visual communication materials using established brand guidelines.

Coordinate events
, including logistics, invitations, attendee communications, schedules, and follow-up activities.

Develop and distribute employee and employer-brand communications across various channels.

Coordinate content creation, reviews, approvals, and publishing with internal stakeholders.

Organize and maintain digital communication and creative assets to ensure materials are current and easily accessible.

Assist with content management and governance processes.

Support Employer Brand campaigns, projects, and initiatives as assigned.

Track basic communication and campaign metrics and prepare routine reports.

Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure communications are accurate and delivered on time.

Ensure communications are consistent, professional, and aligned with company brand standards
.

Manage multiple routine assignments while meeting deadlines and escalating complex issues when needed.

Build an understanding of the company, employees, customers, and overall employer brand strategy
.

Support additional Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand projects as required.

Use tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, SharePoint, or similar communication/content platforms
