Education

• Seminary or graduate education in pastoral ministry or related field
• Bible and Theological degree at an undergraduate level is desired.
• Currently credentialed, or willing to become credentialed by the CMA.

Family

• If married, Lead Pastor's wife is willing to participate in church life; she is free to use her gifts and abilities as she believes God is leading her, whether within or outside the local church
• Wife and family feel comfortable embracing small-town living.

Pastoral Experience

• 5-10 years of experience as a lead or associate pastor preferred.
• A demonstrated commitment to the spiritual growth and health of the local church

Ministry Strengths

• Biblical Preaching and Teaching
  • Preaches the gospel, God's Word, straight from the Bible, not watered down. Clearly communicates God's Word with accuracy, depth, and relevance, helping people apply Scripture to their everyday life. Holds a firm belief in biblical authority and inerrancy.
• Discipleship and Spiritual Formation
  • Equips and encourages believers to grow in their relationship with Christ through mentoring, small groups, and Bible studies.
• Pastoral Care and Counseling
  • Provides compassionate care and wise counsel to individuals and families during times of need, grief, or spiritual growth.
• Visionary Leadership
  • Leads with a clear, Spirit-led vision for the church's mission and future, inspiring others to serve and grow in faith.

Compensation & Benefits package

  Commensurate with experience and education
