• Walk alongside us in life’s joys and challenges. Whether it’s celebrating a new baby, comforting a grieving family, or offering a listening ear, your care will be impactful and lasting.
• Help us care for each other, too, by empowering our members to step into roles of discipleship and support.
• Be a bridge-builder who helps us connect with the unchurched, the seeking, and the hurting. Create opportunities for us to show God’s love in practical, irresistible ways.
• Equip and encourage us to be the hands and feet of Jesus in our community and beyond —and to invite people into our growing church family.
• Strengthen our Ukrainian sister church partnership by encouraging the church to communicate, pray, offer financial support, and if able the Senior Pastor would travel to Ukraine to strengthen the relationship in person.

• Develop and nurture leaders who can help carry the torch as our church grows. Your encouragement and mentorship will light fires of faith in us all.
• Create a culture of joy-filled service where everyone feels valued, equipped, and excited to pitch in.
• Keep the wheels turning smoothly as we grow, from helping to manage budgets to ensuring our space is ready to welcome more people.
• Work with our team to dream about new ways to use our resources for God’s glory—and help us steward them wisely.

This is a full-time, exempt position with a competitive compensation package, including benefits aligned with the role’s responsibilities.
