Lake County DAC is a not-for-profit organization that provides community-based support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are a 2017 Nonprofit of the Year Award winner and a 2018 Touchstone Award Nominee. We are a growing organization that thrives on employee contributions.
DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP)We offer paid training and comprehensive benefits. The DSP will transport individuals and provide positive role modeling, supporting them in meeting their support plans, including activities of daily living and employment goals.
CAREER COACH (CC)The Career Coach supports, advises, guides, and motivates individuals who receive employment services. Responsibilities include providing transportation and working directly one-to-one with individuals who are employed by local businesses.
PROGRAM DIRECTOR (PD)The Program Director oversees daily operations, ensures person-centered support, maintains regulatory compliance, and leads the team to deliver high-quality services. Two years of supervisory experience in HCBS programs required.
All positions require a valid MN driver’s license and a clean driving record. Proficient use of technology and Microsoft Office skills are required.
