Lamberton Church of Christ (Lamberton, MN) is seeking a part-time Pastor. The pastor is the spiritual leader of the church, with preaching and teaching the Word of God as the highest priority. The primary goal is to win people to Jesus Christ and lead the congregation towards spiritual growth and maturity.

The Lamberton Church of Christ is an independent, Christ-centered, Bible-believing fellowship located in downtown Lamberton, Minnesota. Our purpose is to know Him and make Him known. We prioritize clear, systematic Bible preaching and teaching, recognizing it as the foundation for eternal and temporal stability. Our fellowship has a small-town friendliness. We embrace a heritage linked to the Restoration Movement, emphasizing unity in essentials and liberty in non-essentials.

The Pastor’s Character:

We seek a pastor who demonstrates:

• Study, pray, and deliver the gospel message from the Word of God.
• Plan and conduct worship services in collaboration with the Worship Committee.
• Perform ordinances such as Baptism.
• Provide pastoral care including visiting members, counseling, and hospital or bereavement visits.
• Conduct weddings and funerals.
• Hold regular meetings to coordinate spiritual, social, music, youth, and administrative ministries.
• Collaborate with church committees for planning and evaluation.
• Work with church officers and represent the church in civic matters.
• Report regularly to the church board on pastoral activities.
• Meet with elders regularly to discuss spiritual matters.
• Maintain regular office hours at the church.
• Engage in ongoing spiritual and professional development, requesting board approval for conferences and seminars.
