Catalyst Catholic is seeking a full-time Associate Director of Evangelization to empower youth ministry across 16 parishes in the New Albany Deanery of Southern Indiana. Rather than serving a single parish, this relational leader acts as a strategic partner to youth ministers, pastors, and volunteers‑equipping adult leaders while planning impactful deanery‑wide retreats and events for middle and high school youth.

The ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic passionate about relational evangelization, equipped with strong event planning skills, and capable of fostering collaboration across diverse parish communities. Position requirements include leadership development experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a desire to accompany others in leading young people to Christ.

Catalyst Catholic exists to bring the young Church to Christ by serving the youth, families, and parishes of the New Albany Deanery in the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. For more than 60 years, Catalyst has partnered with the sixteen Catholic parishes in Clark, Floyd, and Harrison counties to strengthen youth ministry and create opportunities for young people to encounter Jesus Christ.
