We’re seeking a Youth Development Coordinator to lead impactful youth programs,track progress, and collaborate with partners.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Lead & Support:
Recruit and work with youth, families, and volunteers.
Stay Organized:
Keep records up-to-date and track progress.
Plan

Activities:

Organize fun group events while ensuring safety.
Network:
Build connections with local businesses and organizations.
Outreach:
Represent the program at community events.
Keep Learning:
Attend trainings and stay up-to-date with the latest trends.

You’re great at leading activities and keeping things safe and fun for the youth.
Problem-solving is your strength—you make things happen.
You work well both independently and with ateam.
You know child development and how to connect families with resources.
You’re flexible with your schedule, including evenings and weekends when needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree is a plus, but 1-3 years of hands‑on experience in a human service‑related field works too!
Bonus points if you’ve got experience working with youth, recruiting volunteers, and fundraising—those are key skills we love!
