8 Hours - Evening Shift (2:00 pm – 10:30 pm), including every other weekend and holiday rotation.
Job ScheduleFull‑time, 40 hours per week.
CompensationSalary Range: $27.00 – $36.00 per hour.
Sign‑on bonus: $10,000.
Shift differential for nights and weekends.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long‑term care under the supervision of an RN, advanced practice provider, or physician. The LPN demonstrates knowledge of nursing principles, assesses residents, administers medications, provides technical support, documents resident interactions, and works effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team. The LPN also counsels residents and their families, develops self‑care programs, and performs related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities- Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of residents.
- Contribute to resident assessment and administree medication/treatment orders.
- Provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed.
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and diet.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with residents, healthcare providers, and the public.
- Communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Offer counseling to residents, families, and resident advocates under RN, APP, or physician direction.
- Develop self‑care programs and perform other related duties as assigned.
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as an LPN; associate degree preferred.
- Current, unencumbered LPN license with state nursing board; multi‑state licensure privileges acceptable.
- Minimum 400 hours of LPN bedside experience or graduation from a program that includes clinical experience across the lifespan.
- Additional certifications for IV therapy or other specialized care as required by the department.
