Position Overview
Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a dependable and empathetic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Geriatric/Extended Care (GTE) contract assignment in Fertile, Minnesota

• Administer medications and treatments as directed
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to supervising staff
• Assist with ADLs and daily personal care
• Document care and follow facility protocols
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and support staff to ensure safe, coordinated care

• Active Minnesota LPN license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current BLS certification
• At least 1 year of experience in geriatrics, long-term care, or similar settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
