Supported Care Team Model - MN Locum Tenens We are actively seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum tenens opportunity near Dalbo, Minnesota. This position offers practice in a tertiary acute care hospital environment, delivering high-quality anesthesia care within a supervised, supportive care team model (4:1 ratio). Job Details

Start Date:

September 15, 2025 Commitment:
Ongoing, with a minimum commitment of two weeks per month.

Shifts:

Highly flexible scheduling with options for 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts (e.g., 6:30 AM starts). Call:
Optional 12-hour Saturday beeper call and 8-hour weeknight call. Patient Population:
Diverse patient population, ages 12 and older. Facility:
Adult Level III/IV Trauma acute care hospital. Requirements Licensure:
Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) and CRNA License are mandatory.

Certifications:

NBCRNA, ACLS, and BLS required.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of CRNA experience. Charting:
Proficiency and experience with the Epic EMR system is essential. Residency
