Location: International Falls
Good Samaritan Society - Up to $28.69/hour - Keenan Drive - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse;
Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and eating as appropriate;
Record and communicate vital signs and changes in residents' condition to the charge nurse;
Assist with transferring, repositioning, and mobility using proper techniques and equipment;
Participate in wellness and recreational programs and document resident interactions and outputs
