About the RoleWe’re hiring a Part-Time Visit Nurse (RN) who’s eager to build relationships with patients while working independently in the field. This role is ideal for an RN who values flexibility, impact, and growth
.
- Travel to homes or care communities to perform visits and assessments
- Provide symptom and medication management, emotional support, and education
- Collaborate with physicians, intake team, and spiritual care providers
- Ensure thorough documentation and smooth handoffs
- Serve as a calming, confident presence for patients and families
- Current Minnesota RN license
- Hospice, oncology, or palliative care experience preferred
- Excellent communicator with high emotional awareness
- Ability to manage visits independently
- Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
