Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse at CHI St. Francis Health, you’ll excel in your nursing career by providing long‑term care (LTC) services to the residents of our facility. • Administers prescribed medications and treatments.
• Reviews and evaluates resident’s care and adjusts as needed.
• Administers, conducts, directs and supervises resident related care and activities on assigned unit.
• Direct supervision of LPNs, TMAs and CNAs on scheduled shift.
• Completes all required assessments and documentation in a timely manner.

• Registered Nurse degree from a recognized college or university.
• Active Minnesota license in good standing.
• BLS certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage others and handle conflicts resulting in positive outcomes.
• Strong leadership skills.
