, a Cassia senior community overlooking a lake, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to assist the Director of Nursing. This supportive team offers growth opportunities and a chance to make an impact in senior care. In addition to great benefits, a bonus of up to $10,000 is available.

Position Type
:
Full-Time, benefits eligible, with a varying schedule including alternate weekends and holiday rotation.

Available Shifts (alternate weekends):

• Evenings: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Wage Range
: $27 – $31.33 per hour, depending on experience.

Shift Differentals
:

• Evening: $3 per hour
• Nights (NOC): $4 per hour

Bonus
: $10,000.

Location
: 439 William Avenue East, Dassel, MN 55325.

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments according to physician orders and monitors effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment, including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of items per policies.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident’s condition and follows up as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

• Must hold an MN LPN license in good standing.
• Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self‑starter with a desire to work as part of a team.
