St. Francis Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is committed to providing exceptional patient care, promoting resident well‑being, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of healthcare services.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to coordinate care
- Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing personnel
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
- Provide compassionate care while maintaining resident dignity and respect
- Respond effectively to emergencies and changing resident needs
- Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced healthcare environment
- Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or long‑term care preferred
