Travel RN - Labor & Delivery

Location: Northfield

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Minnesota, requiring a current MN RN license and NRP certification.

Job Details

• Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting,

• Patient population includes maternal, newborn, neonatal, adolescent, and adult patients,

• Evening shift schedule, 4x12-hour shifts (15:00-03:00),

• 13-week contract,

Job Requirements

• Active MN RN license in good standing required,

• Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NRP, and Basic Electronic Fetal Monitoring,

• Workplace Violence education required,

• 2-5 years of L&D experience preferred,

• STABLE certification preferred,

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, implementing nursing interventions, evaluating outcomes, and providing patient and family education,

• Administers medications, IV fluids, and blood products, and performs technical skills including IV venipuncture, restraint application, and sterile dressings,

• All time off and scheduling requests must be disclosed upfront for consideration,

• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration,

• Two professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
