We are seeking exceptional Family Practice providers to join a primary care clinic serving a defined employee and family population in Alexandria, Minnesota. This is a unique, low‑pressure care model focused on high-quality, relationship-based medicine.

• Active FNP or PA license (Minnesota or eligible)
• Experience in family practice or primary care preferred
• Strong patient‑centered approach
• Comfortable working in a collaborative clinic environment

• Full‑time: 30‑34 hours per week
• 4‑day work week (Monday - Thursday)
• No weekends
• No holidays
• No on‑call responsibilities

• Not productivity‑driven
• Providers control patient visit time
• No insurance billing involvement for patients
