Job Summary:

Provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered nursing care in a setting that exemplifies best practices and outstanding customer service. • Effectively manage time and resources, prioritizing critical tasks while balancing short- and long-term goals.

• Make appropriate patient care assignments based on nurse expertise, patient acuity, and technical needs.

• Communicate clearly to manage expectations and provide timely responses to patient needs, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain a therapeutic environment by minimizing noise and supporting healthcare students and their programs.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or, if unaccredited, a minimum of five years acute care nursing experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or required within five years of hire.
• Completion and maintenance of area-specific certifications such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, or specialty certifications.

Current active Registered Nurse license as required by the state nursing board.

Third shift, part-time, approximately 24 hours weekly.

This position is located in a regional healthcare facility serving the Midwest area of the United States.
