The RN Manager plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care by effectively overseeing and managing patient care areas during assigned shifts. Acting as the on-site administrator outside of regular business hours, the RN Manager holds the authority to make administrative decisions and promptly updates the Administrator on Call. This position is key to the evaluation and management of departmental resources.
The RN Manager is responsible for coordinating personnel and resources, ensuring the organization meets its patient care needs efficiently. They play a crucial role in crisis management, policy interpretation, and fostering communication and collaboration across departments. Serving as a representative of the organizational leadership 24/7, the RN Manager collaborates to make informed decisions and advocate on behalf of the leadership team.
Minimum Qualifications:We are currently seeking one part-time (0.75 FTE, 60 hours per two weeks) RN Manager who will work straight nights. The shifts are 12 hours, with work scheduled every third weekend and every third holiday.
